Our founders fought and gave their lives for us to have the right to speak freely, about political subjects.

Just for those that have forgotten let me remind you:

First Amendment of the US Constitution

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

Here we see that congress may not make a law keeping us from our right to speak out or to peaceably assemble. The US Supreme Court and all other courts have defined this to mean that no Governmental body may keep us from exercising these rights in any way.

So let us look at how Comrade Obama and the Democrats, that are in charge, look at these rights, and what they are doing to protect these rights.

In an article on Breitbart.com, entitled Top Democrat denounces health care protests. What an arrogant way of thinking. Here is what this administration thinks when the people of this country express their opinion. “The Senate's most powerful Democrat on Thursday scolded health care protesters dogging his party's lawmakers at local meetings, arguing that some critics on the political right have run out of ideas—and ditched their civic manners. Majority Leader Harry Reid of Nevada accused the protesters of trying to "sabotage" the democratic process.” Harry Reid the Democratic Senate leader, thinks if we the people who he is to be working for, express our opinion we are sabotaging the democratic process. What he means to say is the process of the democrats.

He went on to say that "These are nothing more than destructive efforts to interrupt a debate that we should have, and are having," Does he know what a debate is. Sounds like Comrade Reid thinks a debate is he talks and we listen. For the record a debate is when both sides get to talk. At a town hall these folks should be doing more listening than talking. These events are a way for us the people to speak to the ruling elite.

Comrade  Obama at a campaign rally for Virginia Gov. hopeful Creigh Deeds said about the health care debate,  "I don't want the folks who created the mess to do a lot of talking. I want them to get out of the way so we can clean up the mess." Does Comrade Obama think that he was elected God. Who does he think he is to tell us who can talk and who can’t. Here we start to see a little of the character of this man. As a community organizer he ran around and organized protests and now he is doing his best to stop those who are protesting against him. I guess free speech is only for Democrats

The White House put out this, There is a lot of disinformation about health insurance reform out there, spanning from control of personal finances to end of life care. These rumors often travel just below the surface via chain emails or through casual conversation. Since we can’t keep track of all of them here at the White House, we’re asking for your help. If you get an email or see something on the web about health insurance reform that seems fishy, send it to …..”

The Supreme Ruler wants to keep track of what we are saying if we disagree with him and his co-conspirators. He wants to controls speech, e-mails and blogs, shut down anyone that stands in his way. I guess he forgot that this is against federal law. The privacy act of 1974, the Government is not allowed to make lists of people who dissent.

Nancy Pelosi claims that  protesters at the town halls are "carrying swastikas and symbols like that to a town meeting on healthcare." This is a baseless out and out lie. The current recheme  will say anything or do anything to distort the truth.

Congressman Brian Baird will not even go to a town hall meeting now. For ten years he would fly back and forth from Washington and his district. But now he is holding what he calls telephone town halls. He doesn’t even want to face the people he should be taking marching orders from. He compares people speaking up in a town hall as Nazism. He said about us disagreeing with him as "What we're seeing right now is close to Brown Shirt tactics," If you speak up to a Democrat you are a Nazi. The Columbian.com  Now here is how the phone schedule will work:

If you happen to be sitting near a publicly listed Clark County telephone line on the right day at the right time, your phone will ring.

In order to avoid software problems, Baird's office says, the exact date and time will be kept secret from the public. If he wants to know what we think why is the date and times a secret.

If you answer your landline, an automated message will ask whether you have a question for your Congressman.

Press *3, and you'll be asked your location and the subject of your question. Sitting at his own telephone at an as-yet-undisclosed location, Baird then will choose a name based on its location and the topic.

This is what the Democrats call representation?

White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said Tuesday that he thinks “the anger some of the congressmen have experienced is manufactured”. He is right we are working up a good mad and it is time that this recheme began to listen. 

If the White House and our House and Senate members are tired of being shouted down at town hall meetings maybe they should start to listen. After all town halls are our house, where we live. They arrogantly come into our neighborhoods and tell us how things are going to be, when they should be taking marching orders from us the public, they arrogantly are trying to give us marching orders.

The White House is screaming that the protesters at town hall meetings are organized efforts to stop health care reform. Queen Nancy Pelosi says that these protesters are un-American.  Since when was an organized effort to fight against what you believe is un-American? Does Queen Pelosi forget that union, where she gets a lot of her money from is nothing more than an organized effort to fight political fights. Where is her outcry against the unions. What about the union thugs in Gadsden, on August 6th, a suburb of St. Louis where a man handing out flags at a health care town hall meeting was assaulted by union thugs from Service Employees International Union called SEIU. Where is Queen Pelosi’s out cry of organized unions causing violence to those who are on the other side.

Violence and Union have run hand in hand from their very inception. But no one on the Democratic side cries out for them to stop. Can you really buy protection from the ruling class. Donate to their campaign and you can disrupt and become violent and your protection money buys you a free pass. What about code pink? Here is an organization that travels to every congressional meeting and every where else you can think of and disrupting meetings of those they disagree with. No one from the White House thinks this us un-American. Then there is Acorn who is an organized effort to disrupt elections and have been charged and convicted of tampering with elections, in many states. Our hypocrite and chief was apart of this organization, for many years as their lawyer defending them. Now as of this writing he is not only not crying out against them as un-American but funding them with  tax payer dollars.

A Nation of Whiners

I have read a news article about Trina Thompson, who recently graduated from Monroe College, in the Bronx. As the story goes Trina, spent money to go to this college to learn about information-technology.  After graduating in April only three months ago in the worst economic time this country has experienced in many a decade, this whinny baby girl wants to sue the college for her inability to find a job, in the field she wants to pursue. As I understand it she feels that since she is too incompanint to find gainful employment the school owes her, her money back, and is suing for the $70,000.00 spent on tuition.

Maybe she should sue, obviously there is much lacking in her education.

Then again maybe Trina should add her mother to the suite. Because her up bringing sure does lack some substance. As a matter of fact lets extend the law suite to include all of her grade school teachers, because if Trina grew to age 27 without some serious sit downs and long talks, there are a lot more people at fault, than just the college. I am sure that her “the world owes me everything” attitude did not start yesterday. There must be a line of people that need a day in court.

How did we loose an entire generation, of people to stupidity? I paint with a broad brush because all you have to do is look in the paper to find out this is not an isolated event. I remember a few years back when someone much like Trina sued McDonalds because she ordered, paid for, put in her lap, and tried to open while driving, a cup of HOT coffee. Then when she spilled it and burned herself, she sued McDonalds for supplying her with what she had ordered. Now this is bad enough, but 12 stupid people with the same mentality gave this genius millions of dollars for her inability to use common since.

We now have a government full of people that want to take all of the risk out of life and make every one equal except of course politicians who look at themselves as above us all.

As I recall the founding fathers stated in their writing that we have the right to the pursuit of happiness. We do not have the right to be happy.

Obama keeps saying that Health Care in this Country is broken and needs to be completely thrown out and rebuild, and it seems that he thinks Government is the only answer. But what he doesn’t tell us is that we have the best Health Care system in the world. Which doesn’t surprise me, He acts like He hates everything about this Country. Everytime He gets in front of another Country He is all apologies .

People come from all over the world to be treated here for things their Countries and Doctors can not treat. Let’s look at a short list of advantages of the US Health Care System.

Since 1975 the Nobel Prize in medicine or physiology has been awarded to more Americans than to researchers in all other Countries combined.

According to data collected through 1993, 15 of the 19 marketed biotech drugs used for nondiagnstic purposes were the product of US companies alone.

As of 2002 eight of the world’s ten top-selling drugs were produced by companies headquartered in the US.

Following is a short list of advancements the US pioneered or had a major part in developing.

These things do not sound like the traits of a broken health care system. We continue to lead the world in advancements in health care. We develop drugs and the world get the benefit of that research. It's expensive because it is the best.

We keep hearing that 40 million Americans are with out health insurance. What we are not told is that no one, let me repeat this no one in this country is with out access to Health Care. Any one can go to any hospital and be treated with out being turned away because of an inability to pay. This is federal law.

I have worked on volunteer rescue squads in Illinois and Virginia. No one was ever charged for our services or turned away.

A year ago last April I fell off a 12 foot ladder and broke both my ankles. I had no health insurance; being self employed in a start up business I was not able to afford it.

An Ambulance was dispatched with a crew of three; they in turn transferred me to Brook Army Medical Center. The reason I was taken to Brook is because it was the closest and best equipped to treat my injuries. I was not taken to the cheapest hospital I was taken to the best equipped. No one at this point asked if I had insurance or money.

As I was wheeled into the Trauma Center, I was pushed through a crowd of people. There were:

1. 2 Doctors
2. At lease one X-ray tech
3. Several nurses
4. Several people I could not identify
5. One Chaplin

In all I think there were about 10 people tending to me. You would have thought that the President of the United States was just wheeled in. In approximately 10 minutes my complete medical condition was effectively and quickly evaluated. Including x-rays blood work, and IV butterflies in both arms.

After the initial care I received months of follow up care at Brook weekly x-rays, casts, crutches, walking boots and any thing else needed. At no time was I asked for a medical card, or payment. I have received bills and I will pay them at some time, but the point is anyone in this country whether a citizen or not receives the best care available.

Now let’s look at the so called uninsured, or the 40 to 50 million who don’t have health insurance.

The exact amount is hard to determine but for the purpose of this article we will use 47 million. This is an average of the figures we hear in the news.

Who are these uninsured, that Obama wants to wreak havoc on the best system in the world?

Fourteen million are already eligible for government insurance, Medicaid, but have not signed up. (Pre-existing conditions do not exclude someone from joining Medicaid.) Of those 14 million that have not signed up, because they do not want to pay the small monthly premium that Medicare charges. As a result, many who are eligible for Medicaid wait until they need care before they register. They are effectively insured at all times even when they are not formally enrolled in the program.

What about the uninsured who are not poor enough to qualify for Medicaid? Most are not in dire financial straits. After all, 27 million of the uninsured have personal incomes of more than $50,000.

Now there is a group of people who are borderline poor but not eligible for Medicaid, but the group is relatively small and many (if not most) of those people are illegal immigrants. According to the US transportation department there are 200 million illegal boarder crossings a year and around 15 to 20 million illegal persons living in the US at any one time. As far as I am concerned let them go back to their own countries for Health Care. Unfortunately, government surveys never ask respondents if they are legally in the United States. We need to make it federal law, that law enforcement officials, must check a person’s citizenship status. If you remove from the conversation those who are able to be covered by Medicaid, nearly 70 percent of the remaining uninsured lack insurance for less than four months. Many of those are temporarily uninsured because they are switching jobs and waiting for human resources departments to process their paperwork. In addition, two-thirds of the uninsured are between 18 and 34; these people, on average, have few health problems and are uninsured by choice. In today’s climate we have a growing number of persons that have lost their jobs and no longer have Health insurance. COBRA is very expensive and I think insurance companies gouge people to get them off the roles. The truly uninsured are, thus, largely young people who can afford insurance but who make the decision to temporarily go without it as they move between jobs. This tends to be for very short periods of time. This does not mean we don’t have to tweak our Health Care System, I don’t think we need to kill the best system in the world, just to tweak it.

What should be done?

Here is my Health Care fix.

1. Shut down all illegal border crossings. These 200 million illegal border crossings and the 15 to 20 million illegal aliens living in this country now are a great strain on existing medical costs. They take out of but do not add to any of the systems they use. All illegal aliens found in our Health Care System should be given minimal emergency care then put in an ambulance or medical air transport and shipped back to their country of origin and place into their Health Care System. Any costs of these people should be immediately taken out of any aid to be sent to that country.

2. Expand Medicaid to include the small amount of people who can not afford care but are not eligible now. We call them the working poor. Good people who don’t get any help but are expected to pay more in taxes.

3. Make insurance portable from job to job and state to state, get rid of individual group rates. The entire Country becomes a group rate.

4. Get the lawyers out of Health Care Doctors are spending as much as $200,000.00 a year for malpractice insurance, and there are billions of dollars in unneeded tests because Doctors are afraid of lawsuits. In any law suite make the loosing party pay all fees for the winner. Disbar any attorney that brings a frivolous law suite. Make the Good Samaritan law apply to Doctors. More than half of jury awards in medical liability cases exceed $1 million and the average award is $4.7 million. The number of mega-awards has skyrocketed, especially in states with no limits on non-economic damages. In the past several years, juries have awarded verdicts of $80, $90, even $100 million. You get costs from now on and that is it. Loss of income is a cost.

5. Increase Medicaid payments to Doctors to encourage them to take it. Doctors are either not taking Medicaid or will not take new paitents becouse they can not get paid. A Doctor only makes $1300.00 to do a hip replacement. Payment should reflect reasonable fees at the current market rate. Payment should be made within 48 hours of request. Yearly accounting can be done to catch overcharges and cheats you go to jail and loose your license.

6. Appoint a board of Doctors and Hospital administrator and private people to oversee what Medicaid payments should reflect, not a government politician.

7. Shut down all special Health Care for federal workers and politicians. Let them live under the same care as we do.

This would be a good start in tweaking the Health Care System. Now how do we pay for the costs of these programs? That is an easy one;

1. Stop all aid payments to other countries, if we can’t afford Health Care we can not afford a bunch of freeloaders, that don’t give us the time of day;

2. Shut down the UN and kick them out of the country. They are an Anti American organization anyway. The time has come to realize that the UN has out lived their usefulness.

3. Stop all special perks to The House and The Senate, and cut there salaries in half. No cars, planes, trips overseas, no retirement, kill it all. The thinking is that if we don’t keep giving them these things we will not attract good people to run for office. Please, wake up, we are not getting good people now.

4. Put every government department on base line budgeting. Instead of automatic increases let them go through a complete audit every year and let them justify every penny needed for the New Year.

5. Shut down every projectt, and I mean evryone, that is not needed for the direct survival of this country for the next 10 years.

6. Pass a law, that no bill can be voted on until it is posted in complete form on the internet for at least 30 days, the only exception would be military action needed to protect our shores or American citizens abroad. This may not be necessary because I think the President in an emergency can do this now, for 30 days before he goes to congress. Let Congress start planning ahead, I have to.

7. Pass a law that no government official can vote themselves a raise. All raises for The House and The Senate must be approved by the people of this Country every 4 years. We will decide If you deserve a raise

This not only will support any Health Care we need but would balance the budget in less than one year, and give us a surplus.

In my last article I gave example after example of real scientist that don't believe that people are the cause o any global warming if in fact there is. The facts are in favor of the globe started cooling in the mid 90s. Now remember that over 700 real scientist have debunked the myth that people are the cause of global climate change. Or that they can stop any kind of a climate disaster. Not that any of these scientist, believe that we are headed for disaster. A better explanation is that we are experiencing a normal up and down change of the climate, which has been going on for thousands of years. Read the report.

So why are all the Chicken Littles of this world running around screaming the sky is falling, the sky is falling? In this article we are going to discuss just that, and expose them for what they are, and what are they you say? Well, stay tuned and you will see.

According to the Environmental Defense Fund "Cap and trade is the most environmentally and economically sensible approach to controlling greenhouse gas emissions, the primary driver of global warming." If you read the report of over 700 scientest you will find that greenhouse gas emissions is a natural occuring phenomenon that occures in nature.

Al Gore said in a speech recently that cap and trade will require world governance. Here is one of the real reasons to cry the world is coming to an end. People like Gore want to take control of the Worlds economic policy by using global warming or climate change as a ruse. Now Gore is making a killing flying around the globe in private jets with huge carbon footprints making speeches at $100K a trip. And for those who claim that Gore flies commercial. I have seen video of him getting off a G2 Lear Jet while promoting the sky is falling. And don't forget that he received very poor grades in science and flunked out of Divinity School. Not exactly a brain trust. But he does know how to set up a good business deal. Now let's look at Gores record on energy savings. Earlier this year Gore experienced a notable public relations debacle. The Tennessee Center for Policy Research, which is a state think tank, revealed that he was an energy hog. Public records show that Gore's Nashville mansion used in one month more than twice the electricity the typical American household uses in a year, His average monthly electric bill was more than $1,359. Also, Gore's household energy use increased after An Inconvenient Truth, that was his lie filled film about global warming, that was released to raves from the nut bag leftist reviews.

To resolve the "climate crisis," that doesn't exist that we can prove. Gore wants to put a cap on the production of greenhouse gases. Now to do this He calls for an immediate freeze on U.S. emissions. What he doesn't tell us is that India, China, and Mexico has said that they will not cut carbon emission at all. And if we don't get these fuel burning countries to cooperate, what we do will not change anything. What do cap and trade folks think we can accomplish? Filter the air for the whole world. Not only will this not work, but we will crush the US economy doing it. Don't forget that the entire world depends on our economy. Comrade Obama at his last G8 trip failed to secure a commitment from other major developing nations; it just is not going to happen that the necessary number of nations will ever agree to impose restraints on themselves that are necessary to achieve enough emission reductions to stop the supposed "global warming."

Gore also wants a ban on new coal-fired power plants; these plants would cut the cost of power in this country by large amounts and make us less dependent on foreign oil. We are the Saudi Arabia of coal. Much of the US is rich in it. We could put millions of Americans to work and cut energy costs at the same time, but that would make too much since. He wants tough new fuel-economy and energy-efficiency standards, renewable energy mandates carbon taxes and mandatory targets and timetables for reducing greenhouse-gas emissions. Those emissions consist mostly of carbon dioxide (CO2), the byproduct of fossil fuels such as oil, coal and natural gas, which supply 85% of all U.S. energy. It is not possible to cut out 85% of our energy sources and survive. There in no technology to this date that we can use to replace it. I am all for developing other sources of energy but let's not kill ourselves in the process. Don't forget Gore himself will not cut his own energy use. He could fly commercial, move into a smaller house and cut energy use by several hundred percent.

Now let's look at Gores business circles.

Al Gore is chairman and founder of a private equity firm called Generation Investment Management (GIM). Gore says that the London-based firm invests money from institutions and wealthy investors in companies that are going green. When some tried to get a list of investors the answer was that they are kept secret. We don't know all of the people involved in this company. We do know that Hank Paulson and Ted Turner are members. Generation Investment Management, purchases but isn't a provider of carbon dioxide offsets, What they are going to do is buy then resell them. A good business if you knew that cap and trade was going to pass. Now that the Dems have passed it they are poised to do just that. They and people like Gore, Turner, Paulson, and others will make billions. All the time the average American is paying more for everything they touch, and jobs are going overseas to fuel burning countries like India, Mexico, and China who will not cut carbon use. Not only will we loose thousands of jobs but the planet will mot be better off.

If this is not the rape of America I don't know what is.

And that's what I think!

Here is a perfect example why we need Comrade Obama and the Democrats to fail
with their new health care plan.

In England last April the Government decided that two person Emergency crews were
not as efficient. So in their grand wisdom and knowledge, they cut the EMS crews
down to one person. Thus saving money.

When the one person showed up they would assess the situation and decide if another person
or more equipment was needed. Sounds like a great money saving idea. An idea I could
see Comrade Obama thinking is wonderful.

The problem is, when Government is in charge things go instinctively wrong.

I was talking with some people the other day and one of them say something I have heard before. "The American people are the greediest in the World." I don't know how Someone who lives in this Country could say something like that.

After Japan surrendered, we as a victorious nation had every right to spoil the land. It was the custom of any other army or nation to do so. Don't forget they attacked us with out provocation remember. We had every right just to walk away and tell them good luck. America has never been that way, instead of walking away or enslaving the Japanese people as they have done to others. The American people poured 2 Billion of 1945 dollars into Japan, saving the Japanese from starvation.

Prewar Japan was an oppressive place, strongly nationalistic and militaristic. The press was censored, and ruthless secret police snuffed out dissent. A few business groups controlled most jobs. Women were subservient to their husbands and their sons as well. In 1946, using the U.S. Constitution as a blueprint, MacArthur and his aides wrote a new constitution for Japan. It outlawed war, abolished the secret police, liberalized education, and gave women the right to vote. Japan's voters approved the constitution in 1947 and still uses it today. When ever women go to the polls to vote they owe it to the United States.

During the Marshall Plan, (1948-1952)We poured 12 Billion in money and credit into 18 European Nations, that would be around 102 Billion in today's funds. We owed them nothing, but stood by their side when they were in need. This in not to include the money poured into these countries due to American bases and GI's. Had it not been for the American people Europe would not have survived.

In 2005 Americans gave 34 Billion and the U.S. Government gave 15 Billion over seas alone, for a total of 49 Billion. In 2006 American gave a total of 295 Billion, Increasing in 2007 it is estimated U.S. Citizens gave over 309 Billion total here and abroad.

When ever there is a disaster somewhere in the world Americans are there. When a tragedy happens before the winds stop blowing or the waters recede We have relief planes in the air, with a call that help is on the way, where do you want it.

Even now when we as a nation are going through one of the toughest economical time in our history we are still as a people giving Billions in aid to other nations. We will get over this trouble, we will do it alone, and we will still out give any other nation on Earth.

And that's what I think!

   Well it didn't take long for the lies to begin. Some are surprised, but I don't know why!

   Obama promised that no longer would there be politics as usual. He said that there would be bipartisanship in government.

   He said that to get the Country's economy jump-started He would welcome any good ideas. After working an entire week lobbing Republicans (in liberal speak that means shoving bad ideas down their throats) and making a big show of meeting with top Republicans, He ignored every thing they said and sent a one trillion dollar big government spending bill to the House.

   As expected it passed with no Republican votes. As a matter of fact eleven Democrats woke up found their brains and voted against it.

   On January 23rd top congressional leaders from both parties gathered at the White House for a working discussion over the shape and size of Obama’s stimulus plan. This meeting was designed to promote bipartisanship.

   Challenged by one Republican Senator over the contents of the package, Obama, according to some who were there, replied: “I won.”

It's The Hippies

Now that's something you haven't heard in a long while.

We often sit and lament on what has happened to our Country. If you are like me, and old enough to remember a different time. A time where people did, what they said they would do. Where a hand shake was as good as a contract. When you felt safe sending your children outside to play, and didn't see them again until dark. The worst you worried about was that they came home 30 minutes after dark not before. We didn't have to have the government legislate a national night out. Everyone got out all the time to visit the neighbors. If you were sick someone showed up with chicken soup. We all worked together and built the greatest nation on earth.

So what happened? I say it's the Hippies. Now stay with me for a few minutes. The Hippies of the sixties felt that the World needed to change. Everyone should live together without anyone telling them what they are doing is right or wrong. Do what you want. If it feels good do it. Live from day to day, with not thought of the future. The earth is our mother and her we will worship. Take any kind of drugs, and take responsibility for nothing. There is no family structure. Free love without limits. There is no God but self, and not structured society.

Does this start to sound familiar? If it does then you can trace back every problem we have now to this type of thinking.

So what happened? Where the Hippies go. Well, try this on for example. The Hippies couldn't change this Country by leading by example. So they cut their hair dawned business suits, and became Lawyers, Computer Tech's, they ran for office. They partnered with Socialist, and founded the Environmental movement. They became part of the system they hated, to change it from the inside. When they couldn't legislate change they used the Courts, to muddy the waters, and effect change around the law. They attacked prayer in schools first. Then removed God from any public place. Started in on the family structure, so any perverse life style is now accepted. They now have taken over the Democratic Party. And the end game is total socialism of this Country, and Barack Obama is their leader.

IT'S THE HIPPIES

   John McCain will be George Bushes third term. That is the montra of the Democratic Party this election. They say that McCain will continue the policies of the last eight years.

   It would be a surprise to me if McCain would mirror President Bushes policies. He has been at odds with President Bush and even the Republicans at times. I can remember many times McCain ran over to the Democratic side to vote against the Republicans. At times like these McCain was the Democrats favorite Republican.

   So why then, is the only two campaign slogans the Democrats can come up with is, McCain will be Bushes third term, and change.

   Lets look at change first. What change? No one can tell me what change. When asked what changes Obama would bring to the Country the average Obama supporter says things like He is for the people. What does that mean? Or, He is for change, ok I got that but what change? Or my personal favorite is "uhhh, uhhh, uhhh. They have no idea.

   Now we will deal with, John McCain will be George Bushes third term. McCain could do a lot worse. Let's look.

   I of all people have had my differences with President Bush. He was unable to stop Republicans from spending like drunken Democrats, I don't say sailors because I have nothing against sailors. He has not done enough to stop illegal imagination. To be fair He has not received much help from Republicans.

   So let's look at President Bushes last eight years.

      1. Signed two income tax cuts, one of which was the largest dollar-value tax cut in world history

      2. 52 months of economic growth that’s four and one half years. This is a record in our country. Even with disasters like 911 and with our nation at war. Hurricane Katrina and other natural disasters.

    3. Lowest unemployment rate sense the seventies.

    4. Freed fifty million people from Tyrone

   5. Helped to set up two new democratic countries in the middle east, never before seen in our world.

     6. Terrorism is down 40% world wide making the entire world safer.

      7. Since the war there has been no more attacks on U.S. soil or American interests abroad. Making Americans safer.

      8. Built the fence between the U.S. and Mexico in part, not the entire border but some of it. Illegal imagination in these areas has dropped 80%.

      9. Reduced and is working to ultimately eliminate the estate tax for family farms and ranches.

      10. Provided $20 million to states to help people with disabilities work from home

      11. Killed Clinton's "ergonomic" rules that OSHA was about to implement; rules would have shut down every home business in America

      12. Increased small business incentives to expand and to hire new people.

         13. Reduced the estate tax for family farms and ranches.

      14. Created a fund to encourage technologies that help the disabled.

      15. Passed tough new laws to hold corporate criminals to account as a result of corporate scandals.

      16. The Homeless have dropped 30%.

If McCain is trying to be Bush’s third term, and clearly Mc

Cain has differed many times with President Bush, He could do a lot worse.

The word supreme does not mean what it used to. It used to mean learned, faithful to the constitution, protector of our rights, some place to go to right wrongs.

But now with some of the decisions we have seen lately the word supreme has come to mean something very different.

A five to four decision reaffirmed what most of us already know. The citizens of the United States have the right to bear arms.

The scary thing here is four of these geniuses would have taken this right away from us. It came down to one vote of one man.

The second amendment of constitution is very clear if you speak English.

I have a feeling some of our Justices do not understand the English language very well.

Let me help them a little. The right (we can or no one can tell us no) to keep (it is mine you can't have it) and bare (have it with me at all times, right here on my person, for any reason) arms (any weapons of any kind) shall not be infringed (hindered, stopped, got in the way of, or controlled in any way.)
