A Greedy Nation

I was talking with some people the other day and one of them say something I have heard before. "The American people are the greediest in the World." I don't know how Someone who lives in this Country could say something like that.

After Japan surrendered, we as a victorious nation had every right to spoil the land. It was the custom of any other army or nation to do so. Don't forget they attacked us with out provocation remember. We had every right just to walk away and tell them good luck. America has never been that way, instead of walking away or enslaving the Japanese people as they have done to others. The American people poured 2 Billion of 1945 dollars into Japan, saving the Japanese from starvation.

Prewar Japan was an oppressive place, strongly nationalistic and militaristic. The press was censored, and ruthless secret police snuffed out dissent. A few business groups controlled most jobs. Women were subservient to their husbands and their sons as well. In 1946, using the U.S. Constitution as a blueprint, MacArthur and his aides wrote a new constitution for Japan. It outlawed war, abolished the secret police, liberalized education, and gave women the right to vote. Japan's voters approved the constitution in 1947 and still uses it today. When ever women go to the polls to vote they owe it to the United States.

During the Marshall Plan, (1948-1952)We poured 12 Billion in money and credit into 18 European Nations, that would be around 102 Billion in today's funds. We owed them nothing, but stood by their side when they were in need. This in not to include the money poured into these countries due to American bases and GI's. Had it not been for the American people Europe would not have survived.

In 2005 Americans gave 34 Billion and the U.S. Government gave 15 Billion over seas alone, for a total of 49 Billion. In 2006 American gave a total of 295 Billion, Increasing in 2007 it is estimated U.S. Citizens gave over 309 Billion total here and abroad.

When ever there is a disaster somewhere in the world Americans are there. When a tragedy happens before the winds stop blowing or the waters recede We have relief planes in the air, with a call that help is on the way, where do you want it.

Even now when we as a nation are going through one of the toughest economical time in our history we are still as a people giving Billions in aid to other nations. We will get over this trouble, we will do it alone, and we will still out give any other nation on Earth.

And that's what I think!

It Couldn't Be Any Worse

I heard it a lot during the campaign anyone is better than Bush, or it could not get
any worse than Bush. We need to put someone in the White House the World will respect.
We need change, change, change, change, change, change!

Now, if you are a liberal Obama supporter you need to stop now, go to the medicine cabinet
and get a double dose of aspirin. For the next few minuets I am going to give you a few facts.
Ok, I know you don't like facts, they give you a headache. That is why I told you to go and get
the aspirin. Go ahead I will wait.----------------------Ok are you back, your are?
Ok, here we go then.

Now that Obama has been in charge for 6 months, lets look at how He is doing. We saw all of the
promises. He had all of the answers, He was the one that could make the changes to fix
all of our problems.

Lets look at the first stupid comment, that anyone is better than Bush. Does that mean anyone, or are
you Obama voters as dumb as you sound. Is Castro, a murderous dictator better than Bush. How about
Kim Jong (mentally)il, who has suppressed the freedoms of his people, and imprisoned reporters
for exercising their speech. Not freedom of speech since you have no freedoms in North Korea.
You know the same nut bag that wants to shoot a missal at Hawaii on or around the 4th of July
. I could go on and on but for the sake of the pain, I know is starting in your head I will be kind.

Let's see Bush freed 25 million Iraqis and around 25 million Afghans. Unlike the afore mentioned
Dictators who enslaved their people. How is Comrade Obama doing? Well not much to go on yet. One of
the few things he has had to face so far are four teenage pirates in a lifeboat with one hostage.
Let me see how did that work out, oh yes I remember it took this great leader 4 days to finally
revert to a Bush tactic and shoot three of the four pirates. Could be when in doubt do what
Bush would do.

What else, oh how about all of the riots in Iran going on now. The people of Iran are demonstrating for
freedoms they see that we have. What with all of the libs wanting to turn to socialism, the people of
Iran wants the freedoms we have. In the mist of all of this does Obama condemn the sham election.

No even at the behest of many democrats he can't come up with anything more than a tepid response. If you watch the riots on the news you see signs in English asking for
help, but still no help from Obama. He always sides with the Dictators.

Now lets look at how Obama is respected around the World. When Comrade Obama went to the G-20 summit
He was after two things. One was combat support for the war in Afghanistan and a European government
spending spree mirroring that of his administration, He left without getting either one. So much for
being a great statesman. But if you go outside of the liberal U.S. press, you find a different
story. According to the Canada Free Press in an article on Sunday April 19th, 2009. President Sarkozy
of France said "not always at his best when it comes to decisions and efficiency" And "He has only been elected for two months and has never
managed a ministry in his life". In the Israeli publication, Haaretz, President Sarkozy stated
"Obama is an empty suit.. and has an immature Iranian policy" Back in February Hugo Chavez,
who had this to say about   Obama less than a month before "He goes and accuses me of exporting
terrorism: the least I can say is that he's a poor ignoramus; he should read and study a little
to understand reality" Chavez is the guy who stood up in a speech not long ago with Obama present
and talked down America for 45 minutes, and then when Obama got up to speak He said nothing to
defend this country. Again a cowardly act.

On March 5th Obama meets Gordon Brown Prime Minister  of Great Britain, and Prime Minister
Brown seemed to get the sincerity and solemnity of the occasion. Mr. Brown gave Obama an
ornamental penholder constructed from the timbers of the anti-slavery ship HMS Gannet, once
also named HMS President. He also gave Him a framed commission for the HMS Resolute.
The desk in the Oval Office is itself made from the timbers of the HMS Resolute.
The Resolute has symbolic history between the two countries. Lastly, Mr. Brown gave Obama a
first edition set of the seven-volume classic biography of Winston Churchill, written by Sir
Martin Gilbert. These were very valuable and thoughtful gifts. What does our illustrious leader and
cheep do. He gives Mr. Brown  a 25 DVD set of classic American films, something Mr. Brown could
had bought himself at Walmart. Not only was this
enough to make every American hang his head in shame, but the DVDs didn't work on British
DVD players.

On April 1st, 2009 Comrade Obama meets the Queen of England. As a gift He gives Her an I Pod. An IPod
is this guy too stupid to hire someone that knows something about protocol, good grief.

Thank you Comrade Obama you have accomplished something not even Jimmy Carter could do.
You in just a few short months have made us the laughing stock of the World.

So how is that change working for you Obama voters.

                                       BOY DO I MISS BUSH!!!!

And that's what I think

Obama's Plan In A Nut Shell

For the most part, we in America have been able to solve our problems without violence. There have been times like the Civil War, and a few riots over the years. But for the most part, we here in this Country try to use peaceful means to effect change. When you do find violence, if you look at it you will find the far left extremist have caused the problems. The Black Panthers, the hippies of the 60's, environmentalists, and labor unions, they are the ones that cause the trouble. If you don't have intelligent facts to debate you use violence.

In France we are now seeing how Obama is going to make the changes he wants in this Country in spite of what most of the people want to happen. EDF, the French state electricity supplier is in dispute with the Labor Unions. Now remember the list of troublemakers I listed above. Since no one was listening to them they started shutting off power to homes endangering the lives of the People of France. For the second time in a week blackouts hit the Paris region as striking gas and electricity workers adopted radical tactics to support their call for a 10 per cent pay raise. They shut off the electricity to workingmen, women, and children to get a 10 percent rise in pay.

Stephane Miliandis, and representative of the Conferation Generale du Travael union at the DEF plant in Sanit-Ouen-l Aumone near Montigny-les-Cormeiles said "it offers a golden opportunity. The Government is losing control,” he said. "So now is the moment to push back the capitalist logic which has crept into the company." Obama hates the capitalist logic this Country was founded on.

This sounds a lot like Obama and his co-conspirators. Rahm Emunuel speaking to the Wall Street Journal on November 21, 2008 said "You never want a serious crisis to go to waste, and what I mean by that is an opportunity to do things that you didn’t think you could do before." Hear we are at a time when we were heading, and now are in a time of serious finical crises. All the Obama people can think of is twisting things to get agendas passes that they couldn't before. We are loosing control of the finical situation of our country and Obama wants to usher in Socialism. A system that hasn’t worked anywhere in the World. Every time it is tried the people loose freedom, and the economy goes into the trash. But this is where he wants us to go. He wants to push back the capitalist logic that has been the foundation our Country was built on. Now lets go back to good ole Stephane Milianis. "The movement got off to a slow start. We've been on strike for three weeks but at first no one paid any attention at all," he said. "It was only when some of the guys started cutting the electricity and gas that things got moving." Obama now has declared war on the American people No one thought that sitting in Rev. Wrights Church for 20 years was not important, or being influenced by Father Flager or William Ayers. Now we see the anti-American sentiment that he cut his teeth on, coming out.

April 15th this year 100's of thousands of Americans spoke out about the state of affairs of our government. Did Obama listen like he said he would when on the campaign trail? Here are some of the comments of the left, the ones running our country now. When the Presidents people were asked about the tea parties they said, according to Dan Harris on Good Morning America” The White House says the President is unaware of the tea parties and will hold his own event today," Here is a President so lost and confused he doesn't know what is going on with the American People. Senior White House adviser David Axelrod on Sunday suggested the "Tea Party" movement is an "unhealthy" Reaction to the tough economic climate facing the Country. The Obama administration thinks that the American people disagreeing with his whack nut ideas is unhealthy. Since when is freedom of speech unhealthy.

If you disagree with King Obama you are dangerous and un-American. If you don't want to switch over to a socialist government and give up your rights you are mentally impaired

Its time we should take back our freedom of speech; if we don't exercise it we will loose it.

The Lies Begin

Well it didn't take long for the lies to begin. Some are surprised, but I don't know why!

Obama promised that no longer would there be politics as usual. He said that there would be bipartisanship in government.

He said that to get the Country's economy jump-started He would welcome any good ideas. After working an entire week lobbing Republicans (in liberal speak that means shoving bad ideas down their throats) and making a big show of meeting with top Republicans, He ignored every thing they said and sent a one trillion dollar big government spending bill to the House.

As expected it passed with no Republican votes. As a matter of fact eleven Democrats woke up found their brains and voted against it.

On January 23rd top congressional leaders from both parties gathered at the White House for a working discussion over the shape and size of Obama’s stimulus plan. This meeting was designed to promote bipartisanship.

Challenged by one Republican Senator over the contents of the package, Obama, according to some who were there, replied: “I won.”

This President may be the most arrogant person ever to occupy the White House.

By this we know for sure that the old no politics as usal, and I will put the american people first is just another lie by another Liberial Sociaist.

It's The Hippies

It's The Hippies

Now that's something you haven't heard in a long while.

We often sit and lament on what has happened to our Country. If you are like me, and old enough to remember a different time. A time where people did, what they said they would do. Where a hand shake was as good as a contract. When you felt safe sending your children outside to play, and didn't see them again until dark. The worst you worried about was that they came home 30 minutes after dark not before. We didn't have to have the government legislate a national night out. Everyone got out all the time to visit the neighbors. If you were sick someone showed up with chicken soup. We all worked together and built the greatest nation on earth.

So what happened? I say it's the Hippies. Now stay with me for a few minutes. The Hippies of the sixties felt that the World needed to change. Everyone should live together without anyone telling them what they are doing is right or wrong. Do what you want. If it feels good do it. Live from day to day, with not thought of the future. The earth is our mother and her we will worship. Take any kind of drugs, and take responsibility for nothing. There is no family structure. Free love without limits. There is no God but self, and not structured society.

Does this start to sound familiar? If it does then you can trace back every problem we have now to this type of thinking.

So what happened? Where the Hippies go. Well, try this on for example. The Hippies couldn't change this Country by leading by example. So they cut their hair dawned business suits, and became Lawyers, Computer Tech's, they ran for office. They partnered with Socialist, and founded the Environmental movement. They became part of the system they hated, to change it from the inside. When they couldn't legislate change they used the Courts, to muddy the waters, and effect change around the law. They attacked prayer in schools first. Then removed God from any public place. Started in on the family structure, so any perverse life style is now accepted. They now have taken over the Democratic Party. And the end game is total socialism of this Country, and Barack Obama is their leader.

IT'S THE HIPPIES

And that's what I think

Bush's Third Term

John McCain will be George Bushes third term. That is the montra of the Democratic Party this election. They say that McCain will continue the policies of the last eight years.

It would be a surprise to me if McCain would mirror President Bushes policies. He has been at odds with President Bush and even the Republicans at times. I can remember many times McCain ran over to the Democratic side to vote against the Republicans. At times like these McCain was the Democrats favorite Republican.

So why then, is the only two campaign slogans the Democrats can come up with is, McCain will be Bushes third term, and change.

Lets look at change first. What change? No one can tell me what change. When asked what changes Obama would bring to the Country the average Obama supporter says things like He is for the people. What does that mean? Or, He is for change, ok I got that but what change? Or my personal favorite is "uhhh, uhhh, uhhh. They have no idea.

Now we will deal with, John McCain will be George Bushes third term. McCain could do a lot worse. Let's look.

I of all people have had my differences with President Bush. He was unable to stop Republicans from spending like drunken Democrats, I don't say sailors because I have nothing against sailors. He has not done enough to stop illegal imagination. To be fair He has not received much help from Republicans.

So let's look at President Bushes last eight years.

      1. Signed two income tax cuts, one of which was the largest dollar-value tax cut in world history

      2. 52 months of economic growth that’s four and one half years. This is a record in our country. Even with disasters like 911 and with our nation at war. Hurricane Katrina and other natural disasters.

    3. Lowest unemployment rate sense the seventies.

    4. Freed fifty million people from Tyrone

   5. Helped to set up two new democratic countries in the middle east, never before seen in our world.

     6. Terrorism is down 40% world wide making the entire world safer.

      7. Since the war there has been no more attacks on U.S. soil or American interests abroad. Making Americans safer.

      8. Built the fence between the U.S. and Mexico in part, not the entire border but some of it. Illegal imagination in these areas has dropped 80%.

      9. Reduced and is working to ultimately eliminate the estate tax for family farms and ranches.

      10. Provided $20 million to states to help people with disabilities work from home

      11. Killed Clinton's "ergonomic" rules that OSHA was about to implement; rules would have shut down every home business in America

      12. Increased small business incentives to expand and to hire new people.

         13. Reduced the estate tax for family farms and ranches.

      14. Created a fund to encourage technologies that help the disabled.

      15. Passed tough new laws to hold corporate criminals to account as a result of corporate scandals.

      16. The Homeless have dropped 30%.

If McCain is trying to be Bush’s third term, and clearly Mc

Cain has differed many times with President Bush, He could do a lot worse.

And that’s what I think

Supreme Court Doesn't Understand Plain English

The word supreme does not mean what it used to. It used to mean learned, faithful to the constitution, protector of our rights, some place to go to right wrongs.

But now with some of the decisions we have seen lately the word supreme has come to mean something very different.

A five to four decision reaffirmed what most of us already know. The citizens of the United States have the right to bear arms.

The scary thing here is four of these geniuses would have taken this right away from us. It came down to one vote of one man.

The second amendment of constitution is very clear if you speak English.

I have a feeling some of our Justices do not understand the English language very well.

Let me help them a little. The right (we can or no one can tell us no) to keep (it is mine you can't have it) and bare (have it with me at all times, right here on my person, for any reason) arms (any weapons of any kind) shall not be infringed (hindered, stopped, got in the way of, or controlled in any way.)

GOT IT!!!!

I guess the word supreme does not means what it use to, I guess it means dumb.

When Is Enough, Enough

Everyday we hear our Government wants to place more restrictions on our civil liberties in the name of the environment.

When I was a child it was save the Whales. That seemed harmless enough. After all they just wanted folks to stop hunting Whales. I was not a Whale hunter why would I care. So go ahead and save them.

Then it was the spotted Owl. Some goofy story about how we could not cut down old mature trees. Then tell us that the Owls were too picky to nest or raise their young any other place except three hundred year old trees. That is until one was found nesting in a Kmart sign.

On and on until save the environment has become big business. Environmental wack nuts like Al Gore make millions of dollars a year running around in private jets, (which by the way burn thousands of gallons of fuel a minute.) screaming the sky is falling, the sky is falling.

Fast forward to today. Gas is $4.00 a gallon and I am told $6.00 to $8.00 a gallon gas, is not out of the question. The cost of food is up 30% to 40%. Companies are laying off, shutting down, or struggling to stay afloat. Unemployment is on the rise. and why do you ask? Because every product, and every thing you touch must at sometime move by truck. The average distance is 1500 miles. As a matter of fact, every part of our economy is fueled by oil in some way, shape, or form.

Now I would love to wave a magic wand and replace oil with another form of energy, but there isn't anything at this point that will handle the load. Not that I am saying we should not continue to try. By all means keep trying. Until we make a break through oil is what we have. And what we have is trillions of barrels of oil in this Country and off shore. The Chinese are drilling sixty miles off of our coast right now.

Don't tell me it is about the environment. Nuclear plants could provide cleaner and cheaper energy, but the Environmentalist and your local Democratic Party stops us every time.

Wind could provide free safe energy for not all, but much of our needs. Right now on the Kennedy Ranch here in Texas they are trying to put in a wind farm, and the Environmentalist are trying to stop it. Why? You say, they think birds are too stupid to fly around them.

Even if we were to reach the utopian dream, of not ever hurting the environments feelings. It would not do any good because India, China, Mexico, and other growing third world nations are doing nothing.

It is time to save humans and let the environment limp along as best as it is able. We have done all that is reasonable to do.

Now I don't want to be accused of whining with no solutions.

   So here it is:

1. For at least one year starting now, stop all fuel taxes. We don't need to fix roads if we cannot afford to drive on them.

2. Here in Texas as well as other places there are wells we have capped that are filling up. Uncap and pump then dry again.

3. Start drilling everywhere there is oil. Make Alaska, the Ocean floor, and the lower 48 look like Swiss cheese. Have all Governors dispatch the National Guard to protect drilling just in case some nut ball Judge gets their panties in a wad, and tries to stop us. This is a point of National Security.

4. And here is the one I like the best. Defund all environmental research or environmental organizations we are sending money to and put it toward the building of wind farms and nuke plants.

And that's what I think

It's All About The Power

Today on June 7th, 2008 Hilary Clinton gave her second concession speech, in which she did not concede.

On the last speech given a few days ago, when Sen. Clinton lost the nomination due to Sen. Obama going over the total amount of delegates needed to win the parties nomination. She did not throw in the towel. Everyone thought she would, she should have, and any other candidate with even a small amount of grace would have. Sen. Clinton was not among those people. The best she could do was to say, I will spend a few days thinking about what to do and, ask my supporters to e-mail my web site to give me your advise. Even after losing the nomination she is still trying to figure out how to retain the power.

Here is a woman that wanted to be the commander and chief of our military and she could not even decide when to bow out with grace.

Still hanging on to some fading hope, of the power of the oval office, she waits and calls around capital hill, and her supporters. After finding a cold reception even from ardent supporters like Charlie Rangel and others on capital hill, she finally decides to do what every one else knows she must.

Then in the typical Clinton style she shows up today 45 minuets late, for her non-concession speech. No thought to all her supporters that are waiting for her at 12:00 eastern time. In this speech she says all of the right things. I will give my support to Sen. Obama, she asked her supporters to give their support to Sen. Obama, but she did not concede. What Sen. Clinton did was suspend her campaign. There is a difference. When you suspend your campaign instead of ending or conceding it you retain your delegates, and your power over them. If she wanted to concede she would have ended her campaign she would have release her delegates to Sen. Obama. Now her pledged delegates are legally bound to vote for her at the convention on the first ballot.

At this speech Sen. Clinton spoke for 30 minuets. 25 of them she spoke of herself or her campaign and what she accomplished. Only five of them did she speak about Sen. Obama. When she spoke of herself she was all smiles, but when talk turned to Sen. Obama her face turned grim. Body language tells us more about what someone means rather than what they say. Speaking about herself Sen. Clinton kept eye contact with the crowd. Speaking about Sen. Obama and the support she would give him, she broke eye contact with the crowd and looked at her notes or off to the side. It was a clear sign of deception.

You can bet it’s all about the power of the white house not wanting to serve the people.

       And that's what I think
